The Audi S8, which are on the market in spring 2012, the new head of the model, the Audi S family launched – a large, luxury sedan of the highest power. This makes the fuel economy of the sonorous and smooth twin-turbo V8 all the more astonishing average of just 10.2 liters per 100 km (23.06 U.S. mpg), much less than its competitors. The free-breathing 5.2-liter V10 in the outgoing model, an average of 13.2 liters per 100 km (17.82 U.S. mpg). Fuel consumption by nearly 23 percent despite a 51 kW (70 hp) increase.
Behind the upper limit for the new Audi S8, the combined technologies from the modular efficiency platform Audi, including the recovery and start-stop systems. The newly developed “barrel on demand” technology plays a very important role. S8 V8 badges or T are found in the chest, back and sides. The color palette includes 13 colors, two of which – Daytona Grey and Silver Prism – are reserved for the Audi S8.
Indoor
The interior shines with craftsman-like fit and finish, and small but effective accents. The multi-way are designed to electrically adjustable sports seats comfortably exclusively for the Audi S8. Equipment
Through the generous standard equipment makes all the Audi high-end options from the A8 series into the new S8. The driver-support systems, and network closely with the navigation system is particularly innovative.

The MMI navigation plus, which is standard, represents the state-of-the-art in the infotainment systems. It includes the groundbreaking HMI touch input system, a large hard drive and a high-resolution 8-inch display. The high-end system can be viewed with the standard Bluetooth car phone line dedicated to Internet service that brings the car and provides wireless connectivity for mobile devices combined.
